Well there’s a standard for business! One that the Sandbox team embraces as frequently
as it can.
Good beginnings are important. We will do homework on your company and on your industry,
so that when we first meet, we won’t need a tutorial on who you are. What we do
want is to know where you are – what business process problems are bugging you,
keeping you from your potential, costing you time and money. We will want to explore
the existing process, and often find ourselves making re-engineering recommendations
that go beyond software – recommendations that are intended to reduce process complexity
and improve employee morale.
Our solution conceptualizing processes are non-intrusive and non-demanding. Big
Worry #1, heard from most of our potential clients, is that they don’t want the
pain of a complex and resource-draining process to get their new custom software.
We certainly grok that! And we pledge that it won’t be like that.
Before we code, we’ll need someone from your company to approve our recommendations
for functionality. Then your designate(s) will get to see your software at various
points in the development, and may spend as much or as little time with it as they
would choose. Feedback can be offered by email, by phone (but we’ll write it down
and confirm it with you!), by fax, by smoke signals if you like. Approvals at various
points are essential to us making progress.
Our expert programmers have a commitment to excellence in customer service. Sure,
parts of our teams are the proverbial "geeks", but they are committed to plain language
explanations that get to the point and make sense.
So if you’ve been sweating about the impacts of a custom software project during
the developmental period – find something better to do!
Is your business experiencing the confusion that comes from widely distributed and
high varied PowerPoint® presentations? Do your key presenters need to find and order
slides to build a perfect presentation?
With a custom software solution, including a visual drag-and-drop interface, installed
on a web portal or intra/extranet, your key presenters will be able to access a
large number of corporate resources from disparate presentation "owners" to rapidly
build custom presentations.
