With client commitment to adopt a mutually-defined solution, we get to work on the definition of deliverables to support the re-engineered processes. These deliverables, including software solutions, process depictions and instructional/coaching support, are defined through 3 waves of activity:
- Business-Level System Requirements and User Definitions
We draft plain language objectives for software and process requirements, identifying what the new process will do, what it deliberately won’t do, and what it won’t do consequent to the outcomes. We define who process owners and participants truly are, and identify targets who will be affected by the solutions we have proposed. We develop the outline for training/coaching platform that will support process owners and users, and consider who and how detractors might be managed.
- High-level Project Plan
In this stage of the project, we develop a plan which outlines how and when both Sandbox and the client will achieve and act on deliverables. We develop a plan that addresses, in broad terms, the technical aspects of the project; for software solutions, that includes description of functionalities, coding language, and time frame.
- Content Delivery Plan
As part of the Definition phase, we identify all content that will be required from our client, and attach appropriate milestones to the delivery of this content. We indicate, as well, milestones to which we will deliver.
Phase 3 - Implementation
